Dear friends, colleagues, and everyone gathered here today,
I just want to start by saying how truly honored and grateful I am to stand before you as the new Managing Director of RadioPRO Ltd. Your trust means the world to me, especially as the only returning member from the previous Board. I’m really excited to work with this amazing group of new Board members, and I believe together we can take RadioPRO to new heights.
I also want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Mrs. Yoshi Moon. Yoshi, your leadership has been nothing short of inspiring. You’ve guided RadioPRO through times of innovation and growth, and your passion has left a lasting impact on all of us. As you move on to become the CEO of RadioPro LLC in the United States, please know that we’re cheering you on and can’t wait to see what you achieve next. Thank you for everything you’ve done.
Taking on this role, I’m aware there will be challenges ahead. But honestly, I’m confident. Confident because of all of you, and the direction we’re heading. We’ve built a strong foundation focused on protecting the rights of creators, artists, composers, producers—everyone who makes the magic happen. In this ever-changing digital world, our role is more important than ever, and we need to keep pushing forward and adapting.
Looking ahead, the future of rights management is both exciting and complex. Yoshi mentioned the growing role of technology in making sure things are transparent, fair, and accurate when it comes to royalty distribution. Embracing new tech like blockchain, AI, and digital tracking systems will help us ensure that creators are fairly paid for their work, no matter where it shows up. This isn’t just something we want to do—it’s something we have to do.
We also need to keep upholding the principles of transparency and fairness that Yoshi emphasized. Our members deserve clear insights into how their royalties are managed. They should feel empowered to take control of their intellectual property. Under my leadership, we’ll work hard to enhance these efforts. We’ll implement cutting-edge systems that allow real-time tracking and reporting across all platforms—from radio and streaming to live performances and digital media.
I’m genuinely excited to collaborate with our new Board of Directors. They bring fresh ideas and energy, and I know we all share the same commitment to serving the creative community. Together, we’ll honor RadioPRO’s legacy while leading the industry into the future. We’ll continue to protect intellectual property rights and ensure that creators receive the recognition and compensation they deserve.
