Public Music Licence (background music)
Prior to playing our copyrighted music works in a public place, all corporate users who are employing music from our repertoire must obtain a licence.
If you have been publicly playing recorded music, without first obtaining or renewing your licence and you act too late, our fees will be subject to a 50% surcharge. If you notify us of your company’s intention to obtain our licence on your own, using the form below, we will not charge you the additional 50% fee.
