RadioPRO: Ensuring Proper Royalty Management and Protection of Rights Holders

RadioPRO, a collective management organisation dedicated to music copyright protection, has implemented strict measures to safeguard the interests of its rights holders.

Any unauthorised entity outside the United Kingdom collecting money on behalf of RadioPRO without proper consent will be required to pay a minimum royalty amount of £5000 per attempt to collect on behalf of our artists. Additionally, these entities will have to return 120% of the funds collected without authorisation. This stringent policy aims to ensure that all royalties are managed correctly and that the rights holders are adequately protected.

RadioPRO’s focus on transparency, automation, and fair royalty management underlines its commitment to safeguarding music copyrights. By imposing significant penalties on unauthorised collections, the site not only deters potential infringements but also reassures rights holders of their robust protection mechanisms.

These measures are crucial in maintaining trust and ensuring that rights holders receive their due royalties without any discrepancies.
