Dear friends,
our Special General Meeting will be held at 7pm on Thursday, April 11th 2019 according to our Articles of Incorporation.
The purpose of the meeting is to evaluate the proposal of the majority of artists collaborating with our IME, to become a Collective Management Organization (CMO). If such a decision is taken, we will request the guidance of the UK Intellectual Property Office, even though we are well aware of the changes in the company structure, according to the Copyright Law.
We believe that we have both the will and the ability to succeed in such an endeavor.
