Dear friends,
our Special General Meeting took place on Thursday, April 11th 2019 (7pm).
The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the proposal of the majority of artists collaborating with our IME, to form a Collective Management Organization (CMO). After the unanimous decision, we decided to request the guidance of the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO). Our team is well aware of the changes in the company structure, according to the Copyright Law.
The duration of the meeting was four (4) hours and all opinions were heard, even by artists who are not currently affiliated with us.
At this point, we call for all artists who want to become members of the CMO RadioPro Ltd, to send us their contact information using our contact form.
In the next few days, our company will begin the necessary steps to adopt our structure and operation to the abiding laws. It is a long and hard process, however with your help we will succeed! The moment we have an answer from the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), you will be informed via email and all the required documents will be uploaded on our website (membership agreement, distribution policy, memorandum, official tariffs, rules and regulations).
